These Terms govern your use of the Binstack desktop application and website. By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for Binstack, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Binstack is offered under the following plans:
Licenses are granted to a single user or organization on a per-seat basis. Each purchased seat permits a single user within your organization to activate and use the software. Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside your organization, or shared concurrently among more users than the number of seats explicitly purchased.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (including PayPal and, where applicable, the Microsoft Store), each subject to their own terms. 1-Year licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and do not renew automatically — no payment method is stored, and nothing is charged without a new, separate purchase. If your 1-Year license expires, your existing products and data are never deleted, hidden, or modified. You'll be limited to the Free plan's row count going forward: your most recent 10 rows stay fully usable, including moving stock between existing locations, while older rows become view-only until you purchase a new license. You also won't be able to add new products, or move existing stock in a way that would create a new row (for example, splitting a batch across two locations), beyond that 10-row limit. Everything you've already entered stays exactly as it was — nothing is deleted. If you'd like to continue using Binstack past your 1-Year license's expiration, you can purchase a new license at any time.
Refund requests are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase. Purchases made through the Microsoft Store are subject to Microsoft’s own refund policy rather than ours.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Binstack outside of normal use, attempt to circumvent license checks, or use the application for any unlawful purpose.
Product data you enter into Binstack belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it’s used.
Binstack, its logo, and its software are the property of their respective owners. A license grants you the right to use the application; it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying software.
Binstack is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binstack and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application, including loss of inventory data.
For violations of these Terms, we reserve the right to request that you immediately stop using the software, revoke your software license, deactivate your activation keys on our verification servers to prevent new machine activations and refuse any future customer support, application updates, or re-downloads through the Microsoft Store. You may stop using Binstack at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 4.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Binstack after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
